HI-8190H / HI-8191H / HI-8192H

The HI-8190H/HI-8191H/HI-8192H are quad single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analog switches with extended temperature ranges of -55˚C to 175˚C for plastic packages and -55˚C to 200˚C for the ceramic CERDIP-16 package. The HI-8190H has four normally open (NO) switches, the HI-8191H has four normally closed (NC) switches and the HI-8192H has two NO and two NC switches, operating with a 4ns break-before-make time delay. The devices are fabricated on a robust silicon-on-insulator (SOI) technology for latch-up free operation and maximum isolation, with off-state leakage in the 1nA range. This makes these devices ideal for applications that benefit from or require low charge injection, high isolation or low leakage, such as sample and hold and other precision multiplexers. Switch operating range is +/-3V to +/-15V and is controlled by 3.3V or 5.0V logic.
