Holt Integrated Circuits today introduced several new families of MIL-STD-1553 terminals offering both pin and software register level compatibility with many Data Device Corporation (DDC®) MIL-STD-1553 terminals. All families provide complete form, fit, and functional replacements allowing users to drop-in to existing 1553 designs with no changes required to the existing board layout or software.

Both kits provide a complete reference design and development platform for Holt’s newest family of MIL-STD-1553 Terminals, HI-6200, which offers register-level software compatibility with the DDC® Mini-ACE®, Enhanced Mini-ACE®, Micro-ACE®, Mini-ACE® Mark3 and Total-ACE® families of MIL-STD-1553 Terminals.

Holt Integrated Circuits today introduced new MIL-STD-1553 terminals offering improved performance and software compatibility with legacy systems. The HI-6200 family provides a fully integrated and dual redundant MIL-STD-1553 BC/RT/MT interface solution which includes 1553 protocol, ECC SRAM and dual transceivers in single 80-pin plastic 12mm x 12mm PQFP and QFN package configurations.

Holt Integrated Circuits today released a new application development kit, ADK-8400, demonstrating the features of the recently announced HI-8400, a quad galvanically-isolated discrete-to-digital sensor for avionics applications. The HI-8400 exceeds Airbus ABD0100 specification requirements by providing 800V galvanic isolation between individual sensors and the logic interface. Sensor inputs also comply with RTCA/DO-160G, Section 22 Level 3 Pin Injection Test Waveforms.

Holt Integrated Circuits today expanded its discrete-to-digital sensor family with the release of seven new devices with integrated lightning protection. The sensor inputs meet the lightning requirements of specification RTCA/DO160G, Section 22 Level 3 Pin Injection Test Waveform Set A (3 & 4), Set B (3 & 5A) and Set Z (3 & 5B) without the need for any external components.
Independent Validation of MIL-STD-1553 / MIL-STD-1760 IP Core -Friday, August 24, 2018
Holt Integrated Circuits today announced formal MIL-STD-1553 RT validation of its recently announced HI-6300 MIL-STD-1553 / MIL-STD-1760 IP core. Validation was performed at Test Systems, Inc., an independent Air Force approved testing service for MIL-STD-1553 hardware. A validation report is available on request.
Quad 800V Galvanically Isolated Discrete-to-Digital Sensor -Wednesday, August 22, 2018
Holt Integrated Circuits today announced the release of a quad galvanically isolated discrete-to-digital sensor for avionics applications. The HI-8400 exceeds Airbus ABD0100 specification requirements by providing 800V galvanic isolation between individual sensors and the logic interface. Sensor input thresholds are compliant to Airbus ABD0100H and MIL-STD-704 specifications and sensor outputs may be read from a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) or parallel bus.
MIL-STD-1553 / MIL-STD-1760 IP Core -Friday, April 20, 2018
Holt Integrated Circuits today announced the release of the new HI-6300 MIL-STD-1553 / MIL-STD-1760 IP core for military and commercial applications. The core is based on Holt’s independently-validated monolithic protocol ICs for MIL-STD-1553, namely Holt’s HI-6130 and MAMBA families, and is fully software compatible with them.

Holt Integrated Circuits today announced the release of two new 10Base-T/100Base-TX Ethernet PHY application development kits. The kits feature Holt’s recently announced Ethernet PHY transceiver family, HI-5200/HI-5201, designed specifically for extended temperature military and aerospace applications.
